Product safety

We want every product we sell to be safe to use. This page explains the safety information we give you and how to tell us about a safety problem.

Information on each product page

Each product page has a Product safety section with:

• the manufacturer: name or trade mark, postal address and email;
• for products made outside the EU, the economic operator responsible in the EU for the product's safety: name, postal address and email;
• product identification: a picture, the product type, and any model or batch number;
• warnings and safety information, where they apply.

Before using a product, read the warnings and instructions that come with it, and keep them.

Report a safety problem

Do you think a product is unsafe, or has it caused an injury or damage? Stop using it and email us straight away at support@workfish.app. Include your order number, a description and, if possible, photos. We look into every report, pass it on to the manufacturer, and inform the authorities where the law requires it.

Recalls and safety notices

If a product we sold is recalled, or a safety warning is issued for it, we email the affected customers directly and publish the notice on this page. A recall does not affect your legal guarantee rights, and the remedy costs you nothing.
